I've been craving fish sticks for awhile and when I saw these were back in stock I had to get some. They did not disappoint, so good!
My family shows love by feeding friends and family. We live across the country from each other so the ability to ship my brother quality meat to fill his belly brings me great joy. And since I've visited the farm and met the people running this place, it fills my ethical desires and everyone is happy.

We've purchased Misty Knoll chicken products for year, but a year ago switched to organic farm raised chicken. It has been a big disappointment because that chicken was tasteless and tough. Our food co-op does carry Misty Knoll chicken breasts, wings, and boneless thighs. I want bone-in chicken so I can make broth from the bones, so I had have special order the bone-in thighs from my co-op. I am very happy that Yankee Farmer's Market carries Misty Knoll and recently ordered the legs. Last night I made baked chicken thighs, and it was the best chicken we've had in a year! Tastes like chicken, the meat is tender, juicy, and I'm so glad we've switched back to Misty Knoll. I'll be making soup from the drumstick portion, plus I've just re-ordered more legs, and drumsticks from Yankee Farmer's Market, and it will arrive in a day or two. Can't beat that.
My husband is very picky when it comes to his sausage and bratwurst. He's been disappointed many times with locally made brats because of the taste and/or texture. I decided to buy some Yankee Farmers Market Bison Brats and he's been very happy with them.
The Ham Steaks are wonderful. This is the first time I've ordered them and I'm so glad I did, I'll definitely be ordering more!
In a slow cooker with root beer on low about 6h. Meat easily pulled apart with a fork. Mixed with bbq sauce. Yum. Easily 4 good sandwiches. With coleslaw of course.
Excellent Meat. I find the patties to be too thin. I'd rather have the patties thicker. Make three per package or make them smaller in diameter. The buffalo hot dogs are very tasty. More like a kielbasa. Skin is a too think making it chewy.
We had a wonderful time at the pitcher mountain concert! The food was delicious and it was great that it was included in the ticket cost!! The scenery was spectacular!! I loved the musicians they did a great job!
We have been purchasing from Yankee for several years now and could not be happier. Our pups just love the raw beef and buffalo they get every meal!!! They are staying super healthy and vibrant, so thankful for this resource in our community. I recently stated using the free shipping option with my larger orders…it was literally at my house in one day from placing online.

Great owners got back to me with questions I had. My daughter used them first for raw for her dogs. We tried however we can't do raw and has to be steamed for our boxer dog. Owner mentioned beef & buffalo mixture only safe to heat up and chicken blends have bones. We are very happy with ordering process, packing and shipping to receiving delivery from UPS. A+

The quality of the meat is amazing. A great package if you're looking for diversity in cuts.. My dogs love the chicken and they have been introduced to the ground.Turkey which was a huge hit! I have recently started them on a raw diet, and due to yankee farmers market's reputation and my previous years of dealing with them, they were my first choice. I was not let down at all! My girls have been devouring the meat and like the variety.
The taste and quality of the meat is excellent thus far, the team at Yankee Farmers Market were friendly and helpful and kind enough to divide our order up prior to pick up for easy distribution- also some super chill pups that greet you upon arrival.
