Farm Retail Store Associate

Job description

We are a buffalo farm in Warner, NH seeking a part-time person to run our retail store. This is a year-round position, 20-40 hours per week. Must be able to work some Saturdays, lift 40 lbs, and be dependable, organized, friendly and helpful.

Looking for an energetic, outgoing, customer service oriented individual who loves people.

As the Store Associate, you will run the day to day operations of the retail farm store.

Responsibilities for Store Associate:
-Open, close, and run the retail farm store.
-Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the retail store.
-Quick learner, excellent organizational skills, priority management, flexible, and hard worker.
-Enter, pack and fulfill online and in-store orders.
-Monitor and reply to customer calls and emails.
-Assist with packing CSA meat shares.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
-Customer service-oriented with knowledge of Microsoft office and computers.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Typing
-Customer service experience welcomed, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time to full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
