Buffalo Ribeye Steak
Extremely tender and flavorful! Cut from the rib section of the buffalo, these boneless buffalo ribeye steaks are a treat. Highly nutritious and heart-healthy from locally raised, pasture-fed buffalo.
Known for their flavor and tenderness and just slightly more fat than other steak cuts, but still quite lean due to the fact it is bison.
Grill, pan-fry, or broil, but do not overcook. Slow cooking preserves the juices and flavors of this meat. To cook a buffalo ribeye steak, grab your best fry pan, heat up a pad of grass-fed butter, and just as the butter starts to pop a little, put the meat on. Sear each side for just a few minutes based on your preferences. Searing seals in the juices. Be sure NOT to have the heat so high the butter is spattering! You want to sear it without burning the meat (or the butter).
