The Animals:
Our pigs are raised locally on pasture. They are very happy and healthy, having plenty of room to run around for the entirety of their life. The pork has NO growth hormones, NO stimulants, and NO antibiotics and NO mRNA vaccines. We maintain the same standards from our local, partner farms. Our smoked meats are often supplemented by local smokehouses.
Pounds:
Approximately 90-100 lbs. of meat.
Meals:
Serve up to 400 meals (4 oz portions).
Labeling:
Clearly labeled cuts for effortless freezer organization.
A Typical Butchers Choice Will Include:
Ground Pork
Pork Sausage Links (Sweet, Hot, Garlic, Chorizo, Maple, or other varieties on hand)
Bacon
Pork Chops: Bone-in and Boneless

Pork Butt (cushion)
Rack of Ribs
Tenderloin
Depending on stock, other cuts may include: Ham, ham steaks

Freezer life:
Pork is best used within 4–12 months when frozen to maintain quality. It remains safe beyond this time but may lose flavor and texture.
Storage temperature:
Keep at 0°F for best preservation.
Thawing:
Remove from freezer 1–2 days before use.
Best practices:
Avoid repeated warming and cooling to protect texture, quality and safety.
Freezer Space:
The general rule: 1 cubic foot holds 35–40 pounds of efficiently packed, vacuum-sealed meat.
Cubic space requirements:
90-100 lbs. estimate is1.9 to 2.1 cubic foot
Pickup/Delivery:
You may pickup from our farm in Warner, NH. We can ship via UPS, (UPS and container fees apply). We will delivery locally for a fee.
Turnaround time:
Once an order is placed we can have it ready anywhere from 1-3 days. If any cuts are not in stock you can swap them out, or wait for them to come back in stock.
Future orders:
Not quite ready to order yet? No problem! Contact us to plan ahead. We usually have the meat ready to go, but if you’re thinking ahead, we can reserve it for you when the time’s right for you. If you'd like to pay now and pick it up at a later date, that works too! Just order today and add in the comment box your preferred date for pickup.

Full payment is due before delivery, or at the time of pickup.
