Buffalo Shaved Steak Skillet

Whip up a quick, flavorful meal with our Buffalo Shaved Steak Skillet. Tender, lean bison cooks in minutes, soaking up your favorite seasonings and veggies for a protein-packed dinner that’s healthy, hearty, and full of rich, natural flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion, sliced thin (or red pepper)

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 lb buffalo shaved steak

  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  • Camp Mix Original seasoning to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until well cooked, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Season to taste.

  2. Add shaved steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Season to taste.

  3. Once shaved steak is cooked through, remove from heat and add shredded cheese.

  4. Enjoy over rice, on a roll, with fried eggs, or as is!
