Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, sliced thin (or red pepper)

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 lb buffalo shaved steak

4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Camp Mix Original seasoning to taste
Instructions:

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sautΓ© until well cooked, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Season to taste.

Add shaved steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Season to taste.

Once shaved steak is cooked through, remove from heat and add shredded cheese.
