If you shopped in our retail store June 1-14 and used a credit card, it’s possible your card was verified, but your card was never charged for your sale.
Online orders were NOT affected.
If you shopped during this time, your help is greatly appreciated in sorting this out. Please call or email with your name and contact phone number & any information that could be helpful & we will follow up.
As you can imagine, the loss of these sales are significant and impactful to us here. However, we do know that we are blessed to be in a community of wonderfully supportive, conscious and kind people.
