Venison Meat
All Red Deer Venison meat is USDA inspected. The animals are raised on pasture without the use of hormones or antibiotics. The health benefits of Venison are similar to that of Buffalo meat. It is extremely low in fat, cholesterol, and calories but most importantly tastes great.
We work with several small deer and elk farms in the local area to provide you with the best meat possible. We support local farmers who choose to raise their animals the right way. The meat we offer is much less "gamey" than the hunted version and is in fact mild and delicious.
